20Year Celebration! |
May 8, 2010 |
Moorpark Vet will have its 20 year anniversary gala event on May 8, 2010. Watch here for details!
Here's what we did to celebrate our 15 year anniversary:
We had a huge event attended by over 200 people. Everyone enjoyed demonstrations of the Ventura county police dogs. Additionally, the baby goats and sheep that Pierce College provided were a big hit. For fun, children enjoyed a bounce house, and both kids and adults had a good time dunking staff members of Moorpark Vet in a dunk tank. At the end of the day it was time to "Dunk the Doc" and Dr. Schwartz was dunked! Raffle gifts were distributed every 30 minutes, too. Here are some photos from that anniversary. |

National Pet Dental Month
February
Banish bad doggie and kitty breath for good!
Dogs and cats age much faster than humans, and so do their teeth. Bad breath and stained teeth are more than nasty, they indicate infection and possibly tooth damage. Toxic bacteria, decaying tissue, and hairline fractures need prompt care. Left untreated, infection spreads throughout the bloodstream and can weaken and shut down the liver and kidneys . Also, cracked teeth can cause your pet pain and discomfort. Help your pet feel better and live longer by having their teeth cleaned now!
