Appointments:Walk-in clients are welcome, however, appointments are preferred. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority followed by patients with previously scheduled appointments.
Payment: We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, cash, and checks (with appropriate identification). We encourage you to apply for CareCredit if you cannot afford to pay for services that your pet needs. If approved, you can take advantage of our 90 day no interest program. To apply, simply click on the CareCredit button below. For existing/established clients we can work with you on your financial concerns. We also recommend Veterinary Pet Insurance to help you with the costs of quality health care.
Patient Arrival: If you are new to our office, please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment so we can serve you more efficiently. For your own safety and to protect others, dogs must be on a leash and cats must be presented in an appropriate carrier or on a leash.
